What we do

Coaching your Salesforce implementation

Salesforce can do almost anything, and that's exactly why so many projects lose their way. We're here to keep yours on track.

We don't implement Salesforce, and we don't sell it. We sit on your side of the table while your partner does the build, so you get the system your business actually needs.

What Salesforce does well

Your Salesforce implementation should bring enormous flexibility. Custom objects, flows and automation mean almost any process can be modelled, and the AppExchange marketplace has an app for nearly everything else. There's a huge partner network, and Trailhead gives your team a free way to keep learning long after go-live.

Where Salesforce projects can go wrong

That flexibility cuts both ways. Because Salesforce can do everything, it's tempting to make it do everything at once.

  • Over-customisation. Every bespoke flow and custom field is something you'll have to maintain, test and explain for years to come.
  • Licensing surprises. Editions, add-ons and user types add up quickly, and the right mix isn't always obvious up front.
  • No internal owner. Salesforce rewards having a capable admin in your business. Without one, you'll be paying your partner for every small change.
  • Building yesterday's process. It's easy to rebuild your old spreadsheets in a shiny new system, instead of asking how the work should flow.

How we help

We're not Salesforce specialists, and we don't pretend to be. That's your partner's job. What we bring is years of hands-on experience running CRM projects, and those lessons apply whichever platform you choose.

We'll help you choose the right partner, keep the scope focused on business outcomes, set up the governance to make good decisions quickly, and get your people ready to actually use the thing.
