What we do

Coaching your Pipedrive implementation

Pipedrive is quick to get started with, which is great, until you realise nobody stopped to plan how your sales process should actually work.

We don't implement Pipedrive. We help you and your team plan and run the project, with or without a partner doing the setup.

What Pipedrive does well

Your Pipedrive implementation should bring a clear, visual sales pipeline that your salespeople will actually enjoy using. Email sync with Gmail and Outlook keeps conversations in one place, built-in automations take care of the repetitive follow-ups, and the marketplace connects it to the other tools you already use.

Where Pipedrive projects can go wrong

  • "It's simple, so we don't need a plan." Pipedrive is easy to switch on, but your pipeline stages, deal fields and activity types still need careful thought.
  • Messy data in, messy data out. Importing years of spreadsheets without cleaning them up first will undermine trust in the system from day one.
  • Stretching it too far. Pipedrive is built for sales. If you need complex service, marketing or project workflows, know where the edges are before you start building around them.
  • Leaving managers out. If your sales leaders don't use Pipedrive's reporting to run their meetings, your team won't keep it up to date.

How we help

We're not Pipedrive specialists, and we don't pretend to be. That's your partner's job. What we bring is years of hands-on experience running CRM projects, and those lessons apply whichever platform you choose.

We'll help you design a pipeline that matches how your customers actually buy, get your data in shape before migration, and coach your team so Pipedrive becomes a habit rather than a chore.
