What we do

Coaching your Dynamics 365 implementation

Dynamics 365 sits right in the middle of your Microsoft world. That makes it powerful, and it makes it easy to bite off more than you can chew.

We don't implement Dynamics 365, and we don't sell Microsoft licences. We work with you and your partner to make sure the project delivers what your business needs.

What Dynamics 365 does well

We know your Dynamics 365 implementation will feel right at home next to Outlook, Teams and Excel. It's built on the Power Platform, so Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI are all close at hand, and your data lives in Dataverse alongside the rest of your Microsoft stack. If your business already runs on Microsoft 365, that's a real head start.

Where Dynamics 365 projects go wrong

  • Licensing complexity. Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Power Apps: working out who needs what, and what it'll cost, is a project in itself.
  • Scope creep across the platform. Once people see what Power Automate and Power Apps can do, every team wants something built. Not all of it belongs in phase one.
  • Confusing CRM with ERP. Dynamics 365 covers both, and it's easy for a CRM project to quietly turn into a finance or operations project.
  • Assuming familiarity equals adoption. "It looks like Outlook" isn't a training plan.

How we help

We've worked on Dynamics 365 projects ourselves, so we know where the potholes are. We'll help you find a partner who understands your business, not just the Microsoft product list. We'll keep the scope honest, make sure the right people are making decisions, and get your team ready for go-live.
